Warranty claims

Everything we sell is covered against defects for 90 days from delivery.

What's covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for example:

  • Keys or switches that stop working, chatter or double-type
  • Mouse buttons that double-click, or tracking that cuts out
  • Batteries that stop charging
  • Headset speakers or microphones that stop working
  • Monitors with dead areas, flicker or no signal

What's not covered

  • Accidental damage, liquid damage or drops
  • Normal wear, such as shine on keycaps or a worn mouse pad

How to make a claim

  1. Contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem.
  2. We reply within one business day.
  3. If the item is faulty, we send a replacement or refund you. You usually won't need to send the faulty item back.
