Shipping and returns

How long delivery takes, what it costs and how to send something back.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Orders ship from our suppliers' warehouses and usually arrive in 7–14 business days. Some items ship from US warehouses and arrive sooner.

You'll get an email with a tracking link once your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages. We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC.

Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging.

  1. Contact us with your order number and what you'd like to return.
  2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship it back. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Faulty, damaged or missing items

If something arrives damaged, doesn't work, or a part is missing, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you won't need to send the item back.

Cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund any order that hasn't shipped yet.
