How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free, and most orders arrive in 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items can ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Will the portable monitor work with one cable?
Yes, if your laptop or phone's USB-C port supports video output (often marked with a DisplayPort or Thunderbolt symbol). If it doesn't, the monitor won't get a picture over that port.
My wireless mouse stutters. What should I try first?
Charge it fully on the dock, then plug the receiver into a USB port close to the mouse, away from USB 3 ports and Wi-Fi routers, which can cause interference.
Will the pudding keycaps fit my keyboard?
They fit keyboards with MX-style switches in standard 60%, 80% and full-size layouts, including the Mini 61 we sell.
Can I return something I've opened?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Faulty items are covered by the warranty instead.
