When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 2 pm Eastern on a business day ship the same day. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as the carrier scans the package.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, until it ships. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Once it has shipped, you can return it within 30 days of delivery instead.
